About the Role:
Smartbridge is looking for an AI Engineer focused on Microsoft Copilot to develop and optimize AI-driven solutions using Copilot and Microsoft AI services. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in AI engineering, machine learning models, and cloud-based AI services, with a strong understanding of integrating AI into business processes.
Responsibilities:
Develop and customize AI-driven Copilot solutions to enhance business workflows.
Integrate Microsoft Copilot, OpenAI, and Azure AI services into enterprise applications.
Design, train, and optimize AI models for predictive analytics, automation, and intelligent decision-making.
Implement natural language processing (NLP), machine learning (ML), and automation models to improve user experiences.
Collaborate with business users and developers to define Copilot customization and AI integration needs.
Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and fine-tuning of AI models.
Ensure AI models are secure, scalable, and optimized for performance.
Technical Skills Required:
Microsoft Copilot & OpenAI Services (Customization & Integration).
Python or R for AI/ML model development.
Azure AI Services (Azure Machine Learning, Cognitive Services, AI Builder).
Power Automate & AI Integration for workflow automation.
Data Engineering: SQL, Power Query, and ETL operations.
Natural Language Processing (NLP) & LLMs for AI-driven text and conversation modeling.
Familiarity with Git, DevOps, and Agile methodologies.
Additional Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field.
AI-related certifications (Azure AI Engineer, OpenAI Developer, or Microsoft Copilot certification) preferred.
Experience in industries such as Oil & Gas, Healthcare, or Food & Beverage is a plus.
100% remote role – Must be available for the second shift to overlap with the US team until Noon CST.
3-month probation period before full-time confirmation. If certification is not already held, it must be completed during probation.
Recruitment Process & Technical Testing:
Candidates will undergo a 45-60 minute TestGorilla assessment, including:
Intro Video Section – Candidate introduction & motivation.
Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills – Scenario-based questions.
Technical Test – Covering AI engineering, Python, SQL, and Microsoft AI services.
