We are looking for an experienced strategic leader to run our offshore delivery center as a high-performance consulting engine.
You will be responsible for the dual mandate of Service Delivery Excellence (ensuring profitable, high-quality client outcomes) and Organizational Growth (scaling our talent pool, maintaining culture, and integrating new acquisitions). You should have 15+ years of experience in IT services and consulting industry, with a deep understanding of billable business models, SOW management, and fixed price versus time and material delivery. You should have 6+ years of experience managing teams with more than 10 people.

- Portfolio & Engagement Management: Oversee a diverse portfolio of client projects. Ensure all offshore teams meet or exceed the expected deliverables defined in Statements of Work (SOWs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Client Relationship Stewardship: Serve as the senior point of escalation for global clients. You will ensure that the offshore team is perceived not as a "vendor," but as a strategic partner that adds value beyond code.
- Governance & Quality Assurance: Implement robust delivery governance frameworks. Conduct regular project health checks and "Red Account" recovery strategies to mitigate risks before they impact on the client relationship.
- Process & Systems Thinking: Bring a process-oriented, systems-thinking mindset—continuously improving delivery workflows, removing bottlenecks, and optimizing end-to-end outcomes across teams.
- Resource Orchestration: Work closely with the US teams to manage the "bench" effectively and ensure rapid, high-quality ramp-ups for new client wins.
- Utilization & Margin Optimization: Own the "business of delivery." You will be responsible for maintaining high billable utilization rates and ensuring that offshore delivery costs align with project profitability targets.
Organizational Development & Growth (50%)
- Talent Supply Chain: Design and execute a hiring engine that can scale at the speed of sales. You’ll be responsible for building a pipeline of "consulting-ready" engineers who possess both technical depth and client-facing soft skills.

- M&A Integration: Lead the operational and cultural integration of newly acquired boutique firms or smaller regional players into the offshore delivery center.
- Consulting Experience: You have 12+ years in the IT services/consulting industry, with a deep understanding of billable business models, SOW management, and fixed-price vs. T&M delivery. You should have 6+ years of experience managing teams with more than 10 people.
- The "Value" Mindset: You understand that delivery is only successful if it drives client value and firm profitability. You are comfortable with P&L concepts.
- The Communicator: You can navigate the nuances of global client expectations and can coach technical leads on how to communicate effectively with stakeholders in the US.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Delivery & Leadership Experience: 12+ years in IT services/consulting with proven delivery ownership across multiple engagements; 6+ years leading multi-disciplinary teams (engineering, QA, DevOps, data) in an offshore/onshore model.
- Hands-on Technology Leadership (Must Have): Demonstrated, current hands-on experience—able to go deep with architects/engineering leads, review designs, unblock delivery teams, and make informed technical trade-offs when needed (not a purely managerial role).
- Tools & Technology: Working knowledge of modern SDLC and delivery toolchains such as Azure/AWS/GCP, Git-based version control, CI/CD (e.g., Azure DevOps/Jenkins/GitHub Actions), Agile tooling (Jira/Azure Boards), observability/monitoring, and collaboration/documentation platforms.
- Architecture & Engineering Practices: Experience with cloud-native application patterns, APIs/integration, data platforms, security and compliance basics, performance/reliability practices, and scalable engineering standards.
- "Value" Mindset: Deep understanding that delivery is only successful if it drives client value and firm profitability, comfortable with P&L concepts.
- Communications: Ability to navigate the nuances of global client expectations and can coach technical leads on how to communicate effectively with stakeholders in the US.
