About the Role
We are seeking a mid-level Mobile and Web Developer to join our offshore development team. This role requires hands-on experience in both mobile and web application development and testing. You will work closely with our U.S.-based team to design, develop, and deliver high-quality mobile and web applications. You will work on various consulting projects involving the development of cross-platform mobile apps and responsive web applications, integrating multiple enterprise systems to help clients implement their digital transformation strategies. Most projects commonly target Microsoft platforms such as Xamarin/MAUI, .NET Core, ASP.NET, Azure, and modern frontend frameworks.
 

• Design and develop mobile and responsive web applications using native, cross-platform, and modern web frameworks.
• Develop responsive web interfaces using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and frameworks such as Angular or React.
• Work on system development tasks that include design, development, testing, documentation, deployment, gathering requirements, and analyzing processes.
• Collaborate with UI/UX teams to implement engaging user interfaces.
• Optimize application performance and ensure security best practices.
• Develop system specifications, technical designs, and software code.
• Create and maintain program and technical documentation.
• Support production systems by interacting with clients.
• Manage and document system configurations.
• Work closely with end-users, business analysts, and other stakeholders to coordinate plans and activities that affect the assigned projects.
• Follow best practices in coding, testing, and documentation.

• 2–4 years of mobile and web application development experience.
• Strong skills in .NET Core
• Proficiency in MAUI, Xamarin, or similar cross-platform tools. Proficiency in SWIFT will also work.
• Proficiency in modern web development using JavaScript/TypeScript, React, or Angular.
• Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs, JSON data handling, and mobile/web architecture.
• Experience with Azure Mobile Services.
• 4+ years of experience using C# and Microsoft development tools (Visual Studio).
• 4+ years of development experience using Azure services (App Services, Azure Functions, Service Bus, Storage, Azure SQL, etc.).
• Experience in delivering solutions using enterprise design patterns like MVC, CQRS, SOLID principles, and Micro Services architecture.
• Strong database fundamentals and 5+ years of experience using SQL.
• Working knowledge of responsive design principles and browser compatibility considerations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrate strong analytical skills and ability to develop solutions independently and collaboratively.
• Ability to multi-task and organize effectively to meet client service level expectations.
• Self-motivated and shows initiative.

• Microsoft certifications or platform-specific credentials.
• Experience working with CI/CD pipelines and Git-based workflows.
• Industry knowledge in Oil & Gas, Life Science, or Food & Beverage.

• This is a remote offshore position with a requirement to overlap U.S. business hours (until at least Noon CST).
• Candidates must be available for daily team meetings and real-time collaboration.
