JOB TITLE: Senior Software Engineer

Job Duties: Smartbridge LLC in Houston, Texas seeks a Senior Software Engineer to design, development, and implementation of solutions on the Salesforce platform. Enhance Salesforce functionality using Lightning web components, Apex code, and Visualforce as needed. Automating business processes using Salesforce features such as Process Builder and Flow. Identify areas and processes where Salesforce and Microsoft 365 can be better leveraged and facilitate process improvement. Create, configure, and develop business process flows; add business rules, workflows, and action steps to a business process flow, define stages and steps. Support the team in integrating Salesforce with other customer enterprise systems. Use connectors to connect disparate enterprise systems to Salesforce applications and suggest and guide the development of APIs for Line of Business applications that do not have native connectors.

Gather business requirements, understand, analyze, and document business processes. Translate business requirements into well-designed solutions that best leverage the Salesforce Platform. Identify problems, develop ideas, and propose solutions within different situations requiring analytical, evaluative, or constructive thinking in daily work. Solve problems using critical thinking, including assessing existing processes to determine feasibility of automation. Promote innovative solutions to customers and develop relationships with key customer stakeholders to help them achieve their business goals. Conduct training for users as part of change management, and create the required training material both written and video. Troubleshoot and address issues reported during testing and in production.

Collaborate with the QA team to define test cases, metrics, and resolve questions about test results. Prepare and present ideas and recommendations to colleagues and management. Apply creative thinking to identify possible reporting solution alternatives. Broaden skills in other technical areas such as integration services and other Salesforce products. Demonstrate strong work ethic and work independently. Demonstrate excellent organizational skills and ability to establish priorities. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

EDUCATION: Master’s Degree in Computer and Information Technology, Management Information Systems or Electrical Engineering.

EXPERIENCE: 60 months of experience in the job offered
