Offshore – Remote, India 

  • 100% Remote – Must be able to work second shift (India time) to overlap with U.S. business hours

As a Quality Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our web, mobile, and enterprise applications, focusing on system integrations, APIs, and end-to-end workflows. 

Position Summary 

We’re hiring a client-facing Quality Analyst with strong business analysis skills. You’ll translate business goals into clear, testable requirements, design risk-based test strategies that prioritize customer value, and validate End to End flows across multiple solutions. You’re comfortable with stakeholders and apply business acumen to make testing more effective. 

Key Responsibilities 

Business-Facing Analysis & Delivery 

  • Assist with discovery; capture epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria. 

  • Build process flows and field/API mappings (JSON) that tie tests to business outcomes. 

  • Define scope, priorities, and success metrics; provide clear status reports and demos/playbacks. 

  • Plan and facilitate UAT (scripts, execution, acceptance sign-off); manage change requests. 

Quality Assurance 

  • Define risk-based test plans (functional, integration, regression, UAT) focused on high-value paths. 

  • Perform API testing with Postman; validate JSON/XML, auth, headers, status codes, and schemas. 

  • Execute UI testing for web and mobile; log defects with repro steps, impact, severity/priority. 

  • Validate data with SQL (joins, filters, aggregates) 

  • Maintain traceability (requirements → test cases → defects → release notes). 

Collaboration & Communication 

  • Work with developers, architects, BAs, and PMs. 

  • Communicate status and risks clearly to client stakeholders and internal leadership. 

  • Contribute to Agile ceremonies (grooming, planning, reviews, retrospectives). 

Skills Needed  

  • 4 years combined BA + QA experience on web or mobile projects. 

  • Postman for API testing and strong knowledge of JSON/XML validation. 

  • Experience with one or more automation frameworks  

  • Familiarity with .NET Core applications, native iOS/Android app testing, and Salesforce QA. 

  • SQL querying skills for backend validation. 

  • Scripting experience with Python, JavaScript, or C# for automation is a plus.

Education 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field preferred. 

Recruitment Process & Technical Testing: 

  • 45-60 minute TestGorilla assessment, including: 

  • Intro Video Section – Candidate introduction & motivation. 

  • Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills – Scenario-based questions. 

  • Technical Test – Covering SQL
