This position lies at the intersection of full stack development, mobile application development, and quality assurance. You’ll play a hands-on role in designing and delivering scalable solutions—both mobile and web—while collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and build functional, high-impact software.
About the Role
We are seeking a mid-level Full Stack Developer with experience in both web and mobile development to join our offshore team. This role involves building and maintaining responsive web applications and cross-platform mobile applications, integrating with enterprise systems, and leveraging cloud-native architecture. You'll work closely with our U.S.-based team to support digital transformation projects that commonly use Microsoft technologies such as .NET Core, ASP.NET, Azure, and frontend frameworks like Angular or React, along with mobile platforms such as MAUI or Xamarin.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain full stack applications, including responsive web interfaces and mobile apps.
Build and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using MAUI, Xamarin, or similar tools; proficiency in Swift is a plus.
Create modern, responsive web applications using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and frontend frameworks like React or Angular.
Develop secure, scalable backend services with .NET Core and integrate with enterprise platforms using RESTful APIs.
Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement user-friendly interfaces across platforms.
Optimize performance and follow security best practices across web and mobile platforms.
Develop system specifications, technical designs, and write clean, maintainable code.
Create and maintain technical documentation; support production systems and client interactions.
Participate in planning, testing, and deployment phases, ensuring software quality throughout the SDLC.
Coordinate with business analysts, QA teams, and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional outcomes.
Qualifications
2–4 years of full stack development experience, including both web and mobile applications.
Strong backend development skills in .NET Core, C#, and Visual Studio.
Proficient in modern frontend development using JavaScript/TypeScript, React, or Angular.
Experience building cross-platform mobile apps with MAUI, Xamarin, or Swift.
Strong understanding of RESTful API design, JSON, and client-server architecture.
Hands-on experience with Azure services (App Services, Azure Functions, Service Bus, Azure SQL, etc.).
Familiarity with enterprise patterns such as MVC, CQRS, Microservices, and SOLID principles.
Strong SQL skills with 5+ years of database experience.
Knowledge of responsive design principles and mobile/browser compatibility.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving ability; able to work independently and within a team.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
Microsoft certifications (e.g., Azure Developer, .NET Developer).
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Git-based workflows.
Industry experience in Oil & Gas, Life Science, or Food & Beverage sectors.
Additional Information
This is a remote offshore position with required overlap with U.S. business hours (until at least Noon CST).
Must be available for daily team meetings and real-time collaboration with U.S.-based team members.
The position includes a 3-month probation period. During this time, candidates must demonstrate reliability, performance, and complete any required certifications.
